《 Chinese Journal of Polymer Science》（双月刊）创刊于1983年，由中国化学会、中国科学院化学研究所主办。 Chinese Journal of Polymer Science (CJPS) is a monthly journal published in English and sponsored by the Chinese Chemical Society and the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. CJPS is edited by a distinguished Editorial Board headed by Professor Fosong Wang and supported by an International Advisory Board in which many famous active polymer scientists all over the world are included. The journal was first published in 1983 under the title Polymer Communications and has the current name since 1985. CJPS is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the timely publication of original research ideas and results in the field of polymer science. The issues may carry regular papers, rapid communications and notes as well as feature articles. As a leading polymer journal in China published in English, CJPS reflects the new achievements obtained in various laboratories of China. CJPS also includes papers submitted by scientists of different countries and regions outside of China, reflecting the international nature of the journal.

四、倡导研究方法多样化，包括定性与定量研究方法，但所有的研究方法都须遵循严谨的学术规范。
五、编辑部在审稿过程中，若向作者索取文章所用的研究数据，作者应提供这些数据。为了促进知识传播，在文章发表后，若读者向作者索取文章所用的研究数据，作者也应配合提供这些数据；若作者出于合理原因无法提供研究数据时，应详细说明获取这些数据的途径。
六、鼓励作者在投稿文章中阐述该项研究的背景（学术研究背景与政策、现实背景），以及未来研究的可拓展方向。
七、请作者在投稿前按照本刊的投稿格式要求对投稿文章进行核对，并仔细校对文章内容，避免出现语句、词语和文法等常见的错误。投稿文章的格式和文法内容，也将作为审稿依据。
